At Revive, our mission is to support your daily wellness rituals with thoughtfully crafted mushroom coffee and functional beverages. We take care in preparing and shipping every order so it arrives fresh, safe, and ready to nourish you.

 

 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days excluding holidays. 

Orders placed after 10PM EST will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

All orders are shipped within 3 business days.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to United states  & select international countries( Canada, UK).

Subscription Orders & Recurring Shipments

our subscription service is designed to support consistency in your wellness routine. 

  • subscription orders are processed & shipped automatically .
  • shipping charges if applicable are applied to each subscription shipment unless otherwise stated.
  • subscription shipping timelines are faster than one time purchases. 1-2 business days.
  • Changes to shipping addresses, delivery frequency, or subscription pauses must be made  at least 48hours before your scheduled next delivery.

Product care During Shipping

Our mushroom coffee and functional drinks are packaged to preserve freshness and quality. However, we recommend ;

  • Storing products in a cool, dry place upon delivery.
  • Avoiding prolonged exposure to heat after arrival.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost;

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at reviveshoppify@gmail.com
  • Include your order number and photos

We'll work with the carrier to make it right.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by;

  • Shipping carriers
  • customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Returns Related To Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable,except in cases where an error occurred on our end. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for additional details.
